PSR (Pre-Start Health Safety Review) RESPONSIBILITIES
Description
This course outlines employer responsibilities in accordance with the Ministry of Labour initiatives which resulted in amendments to Section 7 (Ontario Regulation 528/00) of the regulation for industrial establishments. This amendment has resulted in transfer of PDR responsibilities from MOL to the private sector, where individula companies are now responsible to ensure PSR documentation is in full compliance with the new amended section 7 regulations, and carry out Pre Start Safety Reviews as per amended section 7.
